i take 2-4 weeks simply because I work long hours, and work full-time, sometimes even overtime. I do art fully as a hobby, so commissions are not my main priority.
tl;dr commissions aren't on top of my to-do listRefunds are only available if I have passed a certain date in which the commission breaches (4-5 weeks), but this has usually never happened unless stated otherwise. If your commission is in bulk, or larger, then your commission will most likely take much longer than just 5 weeks. Your refund however will not be 100%, but either 50%, or a fraction of that (depending on how much of the commission I have done).
tl;dr Refunds only available if a certain date is not met or if I suggest soi also want to make it abundantly clear that i have poor memory due to untreated diagnoses and effects of medication. because of this i may come back to ask you of details you may have already told me about. please bear with me; i do not do this out of annoyance, but out of struggle

tl;dr trello is better to find progresstoo many edits made to a commission will warrant a fee.
